RETURN & REFUND POLICY


RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition

  • With tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from approved refunds.


DAMAGES OR WRONG ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@blancahavana.com so we can resolve the issue.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Worn or used items


EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.


EUROPEAN UNION ORDERS

Customers located in the European Union may cancel or return orders within 14 days of delivery. Items must still meet all return conditions listed above.


REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing takes up to 10 business days

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the r
